Terms of service
LedgeTron Books subscriptions ยท Last updated October 2026
These terms cover subscriptions to LedgeTron Books, the online bookkeeping platform run by LedgeTron FinTech Solutions, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to them on behalf of the business you sign up.
The service
LedgeTron Books is a self-service platform. You upload your bank, card and point-of-sale statements, review the suggested accounts and produce reports. Suggestions, including those from Claude (Anthropic's AI), are proposals: you decide what is posted, and you remain responsible for your books, tax filings and decisions made from them. Reports and working papers are not tax, legal or investment advice.
Plans and limits
Basic ($49 a month) covers 2 bank or card accounts and up to 300 transactions a month; Standard ($149) covers 5 accounts and up to 1,000 transactions; Premium ($399) covers 15 accounts and up to 3,000 transactions. Claude suggestions are included up to your plan's monthly transactions and reset on the 1st of each month. If you regularly go over your plan, we will ask you to move to a larger one.
Billing and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Each invoice has its own payment reference and is paid through our Wise payment page by card or bank transfer. Please keep the reference in the payment description so we can match it. Your login is created after the first payment is matched. If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after its due date, uploads and editing are paused until it is paid; your reports stay readable. Bank or card charges on your side are yours to cover.
Launch offer
The first 100 subscribers get 25% off their chosen plan for their first 12 monthly invoices. After that, the plan's full price applies. If you change plan during those 12 months, the 25% applies to the new plan for the months that remain. It cannot be combined with a custom price.
Referrals
If you sign up with a referral code from a CPA firm or Enrolled Agent, we pay that partner a commission from our fees. It does not change your price, and your books are not shared with the partner unless you share them.
Expert help
You can ask our bookkeepers for help from inside the portal. We reply with a fixed quote first, and only start once you accept it. Expert help is invoiced separately from your subscription.
Cancelling
You can cancel any month by emailing info@ledgetronfintech.com or sending a request in the portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; we do not refund part-months. Before your access ends you can export your reports. We delete your books 90 days after the subscription ends unless you ask us to keep or remove them sooner, or the law requires us to keep them.
Your data
Your books belong to you. Each client login can see only its own books, and only you and the LedgeTron staff supporting you can open them. How we handle information is described in our privacy notice. Keep your login email secure; anyone who can read it can request a login code.
Fair use
Do not upload anything you are not entitled to share, try to reach other clients' data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access that puts the service or other clients at risk.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
