Who we are
LedgeTron FinTech Solutions provides remote bookkeeping services from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: info@ledgetronfintech.com.
What we collect on this website
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, business name, software, transaction volume and message. We use them only to reply to you and prepare a quote. We do not sell them or share them for marketing. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
When you subscribe to LedgeTron Books we also receive your business name, address, legal structure and type of business, the number of accounts you plan to keep, and your name, email and phone. We use them to set up your books, invoice you and send your login codes. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way scrambled version of your internet address for the day you sign up, never the address itself.
Client financial data
For clients, we handle bank statements, accounting files and related records only to provide the services agreed with you. Access is limited to the people working on your books. LedgeTron Books stores data with our hosting providers (Supabase for the database and Cloudflare for the application), and its AI suggestions feature sends transaction descriptions and amounts to Anthropic's Claude API to suggest an account. Login codes are emailed through our database provider. Payments are made on Wise's own pages; we never see your card details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for as long as our engagement and any legal record-keeping requirements need, then deleted.
